Delete individual items

Open your library to remove saved movers or delete private review drafts.

Delete your account

Open your account settings and choose Delete account. You’ll be asked to type DELETE before anything is removed. If online deletion is unavailable or you cannot sign in, use the request below.

Request account deletion

Email greg@gregdavistech.com with the subject “chillmove account deletion.” Send the request from the address associated with your account. If you use Apple’s private relay, include that account email so we can locate the correct account.

We will verify ownership and respond with the next steps. Your request includes your account, saved movers, drafts, and preferences. Tell us if you also want your published reviews removed. We will explain any information that must be retained for legal or security reasons.

Disconnect Facebook, Google, or Apple

You may also revoke chillmove’s access in your sign-in provider’s account settings. Revoking access alone does not delete the chillmove data already stored.

Mobile purchases

Account deletion does not cancel store-managed subscriptions or initiate a refund. Manage purchases through your Apple or Google account before closing your account.
