Is the website free?
You can use the companion website to find movers, save favorites, and write reviews. Paid packing features are available in the mobile app.
Can I use my mobile app account?
Yes. Use the same sign-in method and account to access your shared library. Items saved in older mobile versions will sync after you open the updated app while connected.
Where are my drafts?
Sign in and open Saved & drafts. A draft is private until you choose to publish it.
What happens when I’m offline?
You’ll see an offline message. Account features need a connection, so save your changes before going offline.
How do I manage a purchase?
Open your Apple App Store or Google Play account to manage purchases and request refunds. Purchase prices and access details are shown in the mobile app.
How do I install this website?
In Safari on iPhone, choose Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, use your browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
