Privacy Policy

GregDavisTech, LLC operates chillmove. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the chillmove companion website.

When you create an account, we receive your email address and profile information. If you sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook, we receive the account information that provider shares with your permission, such as your name, email address, and account identifier. We do not receive your social account password.

We store the movers you save, review drafts, published reviews, and your appearance preference. Support messages contain the information you choose to send us. Please do not include sensitive personal information about yourself or others in public reviews.

We use information to authenticate you, provide account features, synchronize your saved items with the mobile app, publish reviews you submit, respond to support requests, and maintain the service. Drafts and saved movers are private to your account. Published reviews can be visible to other users.

Supabase provides authentication and database services. Hosting and infrastructure providers process requests needed to deliver and protect the website, which may include IP addresses and technical logs. If you choose a social sign-in provider, app store, or moving company link, that provider handles your visit under its own privacy policy.

The companion website does not process mobile purchases. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat support purchases in the mobile app. The website does not include advertising trackers or sell personal information.

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your appearance preference. Installing the PWA stores an offline help page on your device. The service worker does not cache account responses or private drafts. Signing out removes the website’s active authentication session from this browser.

Account information is kept while needed to provide your account and service features. You can remove saved movers and delete drafts from your library. To request account deletion or ask about your data, follow our data-deletion instructions. Information may remain in backups for a limited period or where required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

You can update your profile, choose an appearance, disconnect social sign-in access through the provider, and request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Available rights depend on where you live. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

chillmove is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

We use access controls and encrypted connections to help protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
